About this location
This used to be the site of a former land bank. The office is now occupied by Beheermaatschappij Gulbergen. Beheermaatschappij Gulbergen was incorporated to construct and manage the estate at the time. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Attero.
The estate now measures approximately 325 hectares. The land is owned by SRE (Samenwerkingsverband Regio Eindhoven, the Cooperative union for the Region of Eindhoven) and allocated under a ground lease to Attero.
