About Attero
We are leaders in the field of sorting plastic and metal packaging waste and beverage cartons (PMD packaging waste), sorting the waste into ten waste streams at our sorting plant.
Thanks to our best-in-class techniques, we achieve high sorting efficiencies and grades from plastic and metal packaging waste and beverage cartons separated at the source and/or separated post-collection from residual waste.
You need a waste stream number for the transport and delivery of waste. Customers can apply for waste stream numbers for asbestos streams, bulky or other commercial waste and non-remediable blasting grit in the Mijn Attero customer portal. For other waste streams you can apply for waste stream numbers by completing the Discription form. Please e-mail this form to ssc@attero.nl and receive your waste stream number within one business day. Not a customer yet? Please contact Customer Services.
1. PBD may not contain any interfering substances that could damage the installation or could have a
negative impact on the output quality. Examples of this are:
• residual Household Waste
• textiles/clothing
• agricultural or other tarps/landscape fabric/tenting
• construction materials and tools
• electronics
• hard plastic that is not packaging material
• toys
• empty packaging with a volume of more than 5 litres
The share of interfering substances as referred to in Article 18.1 may not be more than 15% (m/m).
PBD is to be dumped loose or in transparent bags.
PBD supplied not in transparent bags may be designated by Attero as Household Waste, residual or
otherwise, and thus be deemed an interfering substance.
The PBD packages should be empty. This also means that no other materials may be disposed of in PBD
packaging.

Weighing cards are credit card-sized cards that digitally store all information necessary to accept the delivery of waste at our Wijster, Wilp, Moerdijk, Tilburg, Venlo, Montfort, Landgraaf and Maastricht sites. Please contact Customer Services if you have any questions about new weighing cards or replacing your existing weighing cards. Please call +31 (0) 88 550 25 00. Or e-mail us at ssc@attero.nl.
Attero is connected to the Peppol network that allows us to securely send invoices to both government and businesses. Would you like to receive our invoices as e-invoices? If so, please contact our Accounts Receivable department by sending an e-mail to: verkoopfacturatie@attero.nl or by calling: +31 (0) 88 550 11 75.
If permitted by the National Waste Control Centre (LMA), you can transport waste without paper accompanying documents. If you are using Attero weighing cards or with the Digital Accompanying Letter Waste (EBA), for example. Additional conditions may apply. The use of the EBA requires a digital connection to the waste delivery app you use. We will first go through a testing phase before establishing such a connection in order to be sure that the connection is safe and correct. Contact Robert Jan Saft by e-mail via robert.jan.saft@attero.nl for more information about EBA connections.
